We would like to offer you the opportunity to reach our diverse population interested in the unique needs of gifted individuals.

  • The SENG Conference is the only national conference focusing on the social-emotional needs and challenges of gifted people.
  • It brings together hundreds of people who care about the affective needs of gifted individuals: parents and grandparents of gifted children, educators, health professionals, gifted adults, teens, and children. 
  • Sponsorship and support opportunities offer high visibility and are tax deductible.  SENG is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

    Sponsorship

    Sponsors play a vital role in the success of Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted. Your sponsorship of the SENG Summit will make a difference, from funding speakers and parent group training sessions to providing subsidized programs for gifted teens and gifted children.


    SENG recognizes that businesses and individuals may want to contribute in different ways, so we offer a range of flexible sponsorship opportunities.     SENG is a non-profit 501c3 corporation, and your donation is tax-deductible.
    Sponsors registered by June 15 will be featured in the SENG Conference Program Book.


    Exhibitors

    Exhibitors are a most important type of supporter, and come!  You support the SENG Summit and you introduce SENG attendees to important resources, products and ideas.  Each exhibitor table measures 6 feet long by 30 inches wide, and will be provided with linen and skirting.


    This year the exhibit space is in a wonderful area that is guaranteed to receive high traffic throughout the day!  The exhibitor hours are:

    8:00 AM - 8:30 PM on Friday
    7:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday
    7:30 AM - noon on Sunday

    Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping, setup and removal of exhibits. Please contact the conference hotel to confirm shipping details. Exhibits may be installed after 7:00 AM on Friday and must be removed by 1:00 PM on Sunday.

    Each exhibit space includes registration badges and all SENG-sponsored meals for two exhibitor attendees.     Advertising

    We are pleased to offer black and white ad space in our printed 2009 Conference Program at the following rates:

    • Full page (8" wide x 10.5" tall) $250
    • Half  page (8.5 " wide x 5" tall) $150
    • Quarter  page (4" wide x 5" tall) $100
    • Business  card size (3.5” wide x 2” tall) $25

    You may reserve your advertising space by completing the  Online Conference Opportunity Form, mailing the Printable Conference Opportunity Form or contacting Amy Price, Executive Director at amy.price@sengifted.org, (845) 226-4660.  Please supply camera-ready artwork to wenda.sheard@sengifted.org by June 15.



    Conference Tote Bag Inserts

    Every adult guest will receive a SENG Conference Tote Bag. For a fee of $50.00, SENG will insert your flyer or brochure.
    It’s easy to reserve space using the  Online Conference Opportunity Form, or by mailing the Printable Conference Opportunity Form.  For further information, contact Amy Price, Executive Director at amy.price@sengifted.org, (845) 226-4660.

    Please reserve by June 15.  SENG will contact you with a shipping address and quantity in May. SENG cannot return unused materials.
