1. How much does a SENGinar cost?
SENGinars are typically $40 for 90 minutes unless otherwise noted. That includes the ability to attend live, and unlimited access to the online recording. These fees are registration fees. SENG does not charge for membership or for access to the website.
SENGinar recordings are also available for purchase. They include access to the online recording and a PDF of the presentation slides.
Unfortunately, SENG is unable to issue refunds for SENGinar purchases.
2 .I can’t attend live. Is there another way for me to access the session?
Yes. Whether or not you participate in the live event, as long as you have registered, you will receive an email the following week with links to the recorded SENGinar and slide presentation. You may also purchase the SENGinar recording online at any time after one week following the live event.
3. Do I get a recording?
Yes. Within one week of the live event, ALL paid registrants will receive an email containing information on how to access the online recording. You receive this email whether you attend live or not.

4. I don’t have a PayPal account- can I still order a SENGinar?
Yes. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. When you arrive at the PayPal page, click on “Buy as a guest.” You will be able to securely complete payment online via credit or debit card, without creating a PayPal account.
5. How do I prepare for the webinar?
Your registration confirmation and reminders will include a System Test link that will check to ensure your system is set up appropriately. Please be sure to perform that test at least 48 hours before the SENGinar. From the system test page, make sure to click the “Click Here to Test Your Sound” button to make sure that your computer’s sound system is working.
What if I need technical assistance? If you encounter difficulty during your system test or during the webinar, please send an email to email@example.com. Include your name and phone number for a tech support call back. You may also phone Instant Presenter technical support directly at (714) 890-3008. It may take as much as 24 hours for them to respond, which is why the sooner you perform the system test, the better. You may also send SENG an email at firstname.lastname@example.org; be sure to include any message received during the system test and your browser version.
6. How do I log in?
When you register and complete payment, Instant Presenter (the host site for SENGinars) will send you an email with login information and an access link. You will need the password you entered when registering to access the live event. Again, if you don’t receive the email or any of the reminders that are sent out one week before, one day before, and the day of the event, contact SENG as soon as possible at email@example.com.
7. I forgot my password!
Reminder emails are sent one week prior, the day before and the day of the SENGinar. Your original registration confirmation and the reminder sent the day of the SENGinar include your password. When you receive these reminders, please confirm that you know your password and notify us at least one hour prior to the SENGinar start time if you need us to reset it for you. Any requests or inquiries received after the first 30 minutes of the SENGinar start time may not be answered in time to attend the live event.
8. How many times can I view a SENGinar?
You may view a SENGinar recording as many times as you would like.
9. Are there any education credits available for SENGinars?
Periodically, SENG offers SENGinars with CEs through its Professional Series. These webinars are approved by the American Psychological Association. Watch SENG’s website and your email inbox for announcements of these and all SENGinars.

In the event of an emergency that prevents SENG from broadcasting a SENGinar, we will make every effort to reschedule the same expert and make that rescheduled session available to all registered guests. Registrants will be notified by email within 24 hours of the original scheduled session.
