Kathleen Casper is an award-winning educator, certified in Washington, Florida, and Georgia with multiple endorsement areas including gifted education. She has taught from K-12 in many schools and programs. She spent many years on the board of SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted, www.SENGifted.org) as a director as well as the secretary on the executive committee. Kathleen currently is a gifted (highly capable program) specialist with the Rochester School District and is an administrative intern for the state highly capable program specialist at the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). She also is the owner of the Law Offices of L. Kathleen Casper, providing legal representation for children and families. Kathleen was the Florida Association for the Gifted (FLAG) president, WAETAG vice president, highly capable program facilitator for Tacoma Public Schools, and the state gifted education specialist at the Florida Department of Education. She is a gifted education consultant and provides support to public and private schools as well as gifted preschool and homeschool children and families.
