Sponsor & Vendor Opportunities

Unfortunately, the conference venue does not have space for traditional conference booth vendors in high traffic areas. Due to this fact, the conference committee has some creative opportunities for our partnering organizations and vendors to share with our community. We have the following three pages full of options for organizations and vendors to engage with our attendees.

One of the things that sets the SENG Conference apart from other conferences is that it is an event for the whole family. We hope that families are able to attend our event and have an enjoyable and meaningful experience to matter what age they are. We try to offer programing and events that are not only available, but help keep costs down for those traveling together.

Our Kids Camp as well as the Teen Camp will have volunteers from Villanova University to help us. They have all been background checked by the FBI.

STEAM ACTIVITIES KIDS CAMP (Ages 5-12) • $85 PER CHILD

Day 1 Create Your Own Adventure - Choice and creativity provide the drumbeat to this course, where campers practice and refine the art of creating Choose Your Own Adventure campaigns. Campers start by solving puzzles in order to learn about decision trees. With this knowledge, students write their own adventures, complete with characters, story arcs, and a multitude of decisions. By blending narrative, roleplay, and hands-on challenges, campers will craft imaginative adventures for others to experience and enjoy.

Day 2 Codes and Ciphers - Since humans began communicating, there has always been an urge to keep certain information hidden. In this course, you’ll study, crack (decipher) and create (encipher) messages in a variety of secret systems. You’ll time-hop throughout history and make stops with Julius Caesar, Ben Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, and many more. We’ll end with an exploration of how cryptography--the study of codes and ciphers--has created the modern digital age.

Day 3 Designing Tiny Homes - Blueprints and AutoCAD set the stage for modular furniture as campers attempt to create a habitable home on wheels. Whether for fun, philanthropy, or reducing your carbon footprint, campers apply design principles in order to cram the comforts of home onto the bed of a towable trailer. This course is about the balance of form with function, wants with necessities, and clutter with feng shui. Bed, bookshelf, table, cabinet, and staircase all-in-one, anyone?
