Online SMPG Facilitator Training

Seng Model Parent Groups (SMPG) are 6 to 10 week guided discussion groups which provide a safe and supportive environment for parents and caregivers to freely discuss their child’s development and their own parenting challenges.  Group participants connect with like-minded parents and caregivers, increase their understanding of their child’s unique needs, learn strategies for successful parenting, and expand their resources and community. SMPG Facilitators are sensitive, caring individuals who nurture, support and guide parents and caregivers through facilitated discussion groups.  In this two-day training, participants will learn techniques and strategies developed and adapted specifically for SMPG.
