About Barry Kennedy:

Barry Kennedy has a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineer from Arizona State University and a Masters’ Degree in Electrical Engineer from Purdue University, student in cognitive neuroscience, former Sherwood City Counselor, authored two books published by McGraw-Hill, former adjunct professor at Portland State University, University of Portland, Portland Community College, and Oregon Institute of Technology; former associate editor of Electrical World magazine, freelance writer, author of 35 Institute of Electric and Electronic Engineers papers, speaker at 2016 Dabrowski Congress, 2017 and 2018 SENG Conferences, published poet, pianist, artist, yogi, dancer.
