SENGYouth: An Introduction to Einstein’s Theory of Relativity

While it may be called the “Theory” of Relativity, Einstein’s mind-blowing explanation for the nature of our universe is as true and accurate as it is completely outlandish.

How outlandish? Take the indisputable fact that time itself moves at a different rate at the top of the Eiffel Tower than it does at the bottom – in fact, time passes more quickly at your head than it does at your feet!  Yes, your feet and your head are different ages. 

Now, this all may sound like a conversation from the tea party in Alice in Wonderland, but Einstein is no Mad Hatter. Relativity is non-fiction. It's the truth. In fact, the satellites in orbit used by your iphone MUST make adjustments for this difference in time. Einstein’s equations are going on in your pocket RIGHT NOW!

Relativity: it’s the underlying fundamental truth of our reality, and most likely the weirdest true thing you will ever learn.
