Meet Your SENG Community Group Facilitator Trainer Sylvia Bagley, Ph.D. has been a professor of instructional leadership for 15 years -- most recently in the College of Education at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she specializes in supporting adult learners to create and lead highly effective professional development opportunities. A primary focus of her work is providing participants with empowering skills and approaches they can use to foster safe spaces for discussion and growth around challenging topics. Dr. Bagley currently serves as Secretary on SENG's Board of Directors and has co-facilitated SENG parent support groups in the Seattle area, where she is co-parenting three 2E kids of her own ages 10 to 15. She is very pleased to help launch this new training module for SENG Community Group Facilitators, and looks forward to meeting participants in Texas!
